In general, orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern on a weekday will ship same day. If your order is placed after 3:00pm Eastern, or on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the next business day.

We decided to offer our product in case quantities and box quantities because we realized that our customers sometimes like to test small amounts of a given product before buying a lot of it.

What is the Allarmory.com return policy?
Allarmory.com wants to please all of its customers all of the time. Unfortunately, sometimes, things just happen and our customers receive product that is damaged or defective. We recognize this and we are here to help. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office immediately. All contact must be made within 30 days of your order date. If our office is made aware of damaged or defective product within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the product was ordered, you will be afforded a full refund, a full store credit or a free replacement of the defective or damaged product (note that the product must be defective or damaged as inspected by our warehouse team upon return and note that our office reserves the right to either refund your money, provide a store credit, or replace the product at our discretion). We do our best to make sure that everyone is treated fairly, so just let us know if an issue arises.
